REVIEW EXPHOTEL 2007


June 13th, was declared inaugurated EXPHOTEL 2007 on its 11th Edition.

This year we have had an increase of 20%, reaching 450 booths. With the participation of more than 350 suppliers from different states of the Mexican Republic, USA, and the new Canadian Pavilion.

EXPHOTEL 2007 presented the newest, the trends and the latest in Food, Beverages, Technology, Kitchen Equipment, Air Condition, Furniture, Decoration, Supplies for restaurants and bars, Amenities, Maintenance products, Blankets, etc. Every thing that concerns to the hotel and restaurant owners and managers.

This year we have confirmed our success in EXPHOTEL 2007, receiving more than 6,000 qualified visitors!

In EXPHOTEL 2007, takes place the Chef contest organized by LE TOQUES BLANCHES OF MEXICO.

Also in the 14th and 15th of June, the Magazine GERENCIA DE HOTEL present the trends in technology offering several seminars.

And CREMERIA AMERICANA attracted the chefs attention with the great “Fine pastry” curses given every day in EXPHOTEL 2007.

EXPHOTEL 2007 is fun too, with the “BOOTH RALLY”. The visitors enjoyed their visit and had the opportunity to win too!
